Registration Form

Admission to the congress is free for UQAM students and staff. The normal registration fee for TAKE7 is  $140 CAD. Volunteers may receive a rebate. Please contact us for more info.

You can calculate the equivalent in other currencies at www.fxtop.com (multilingual) or at www.xe.com (English only).

Using this webpage you can register and pay your registration fee. Fill out the form below and click on the "Send" button at the end. You will then be asked to confirm your decision, and an email confirmation will be sent both to you and to our registrations manager.

Next you will be taken to a page that allows you to choose a method of payment: PayPal (via credit card), a money order in Canadian currency, or a Canadian or American check. If you have already sent us your registration form, you can go directly to the [payment methods page].

The registration fee is non-refundable and does not include additional costs for banquet and lodging. Registration is not valid without payment.

110 $CAD/room/night: "Studio Suite" at UQAM. A private residence; a room with a double bed, kitchenette, living room, bathroom with shower, A/C, TV, bed linens, towels; does not include eating utensils or cookware. Ideal for a couple with children. Only 4 are available, order quickly.
80 $CAD/room/night: "Studio" at UQAM. Private room with double bed, kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, bed linens, towels; does not include eating utensils or cookware. Ideal for a couple.
55 $CAD/room/night: "Multi-8" at UQAM. Private room with a single bed, bed linens, towels; 8 people share a common kitchen, living room and three bathrooms with showers; does not include eating utensils or cookware. A beautiful view of the city center. Ideal for people who want to make friends with others yet have a private room.
