Facebook Translation
Recently when I try to translate I get a pop-up that says "You are too new on Facebook - We require users to have joined Facebook for a certain amount of time before they can participate in the Translation Application. Please come back again later.".

Membership Announcement
When we set up the new E-USA website, we did not have an automated way of checking for membership, which has required people to ask to be marked a "member" to receive privileges. We have now built a system that is capable for performing the membership checks automatically: currently, it is being used only to turn membership on, but soon we plan to start using it to also turn membership off for accounts where membership has lapsed.
